Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the ClawKin app. By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to use ClawKin. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the App.
ClawKin is a personal cat care app. You may use it to manage cat profiles, set reminders, and chat with the AI assistant for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You agree not to:
You retain ownership of any content you upload to ClawKin, including cat photos, reminder descriptions, and chat messages.
By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, and process that content solely to provide the Service to you.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content you submit. Do not upload content that infringes on any third-party copyright, trademark, or privacy rights.
Public cat profiles are viewable by anyone with the link. You choose what information to include in a cat's profile and whether to share the link.
ClawKin offers a free tier and a paid subscription plan called ClawKin Pro.

All payments are processed by Apple. We do not store your payment or billing information.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings.
We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple in accordance with their refund policy.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing at any time. Price changes will be communicated in advance and will take effect at your next renewal.
The AI assistant in ClawKin is powered by Google Gemini and is intended solely for general cat care guidance — feeding, health, grooming, behavior, and similar topics.
The AI assistant does not provide professional veterinary advice. Nothing in the chat should be treated as a substitute for advice from a licensed veterinarian. Always consult a qualified vet for medical decisions about your cat.
We are not responsible for any actions taken based on responses from the AI assistant.
We reserve the right to monitor AI usage to enforce free tier limits and to prevent abuse of the Service.
The ClawKin name, logo, app design, and all original content within the App are the exclusive property of ClawKin and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or brand assets without prior written permission.
The App integrates with third-party services including Google, Apple, Firebase, RevenueCat, and PostHog. Your use of these services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of any third-party service.
ClawKin is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
We are not responsible for any loss of data, including cat profiles, reminders, or chat history, resulting from technical issues, account deletion, or service interruptions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClawKin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold ClawKin harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time from the Profile screen.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if required by law.
Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. All data associated with your account will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ClawKin operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this document. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
